Dr Shannon Good is a native of Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada but she now resides here in the beautiful state of Georgia. She Graduated From Life University in March 2011 where she specialized in Pediatric chiropractic. Dr. Shannon is very passionate about helping people reach their full potential especially the next generation.
Dr. Shannon has a history with living a maximized life as she was a high performance gymnast as a child and teen and a national coach as a young adult. “It was actually gymnastics that got me in into chiropractic. I was having trouble staying on the Balance Beam. My dad took me to his chiropractor and the rest is history. That was 20 years ago.”

My favorite thing about Exodus Health Center is the people! I love turning the power on and watching people reach their full health potential. I love the community that we have built here. We are passionate about helping people heal naturally from the inside out.
Why is the Foundational Health Care System the Answer to the Health Care Crisis?
The Foundational Five is the answer to today’s health care crisis because it is relevant!! It meets people where they are at and addresses real life issues. We pride ourselves on educating and empowering people to make informed decisions about their health. Health is not a static state but a collection of the choices you make.
How have you been able to incorporate the 5 Principles into your daily way of life?
The Foundational way of life is a Journey. It is all about making small sustainable changes in your lifestyle that have large benefits. Enough small steps and you can complete a marathon. I am always working on ways to improve myself as a Chiropractor, as a person and an athlete, the 5 essentials are the perfect frame work to achieve that. Once I decided to get educated on what true health looks like, the changes come easily.
What are your top 5 superfoods and name 3 of your favorite recipes?
Top 5 super foods: 1-2 Avocado 3-5 ALL THINGS COCONUT!! And maximized living Protein powder
Top 3 recipes: I love lettuce Tacos I eat them at least 3x week, Meat loaf , and peppermint cacao truffles!!
What does your weekly exercise Schedule look like?
I go to my Favorite Crossfit box, Crossfit Kennesaw 3-4 times a week. The coaching there is phenomenal and the WOD’s are great. I love to go in there and see my patients getting fit and performing at their peak potential. I also try and hit up a hot yoga class twice a month.
What do you do on a daily basis to keep yourself inspired and positive?
It all starts with Foundational Thinking!! I surround myself with positive people and people who live a Maximized Life. You are what you repeatedly do, but it is your thoughts that dictate your actions. Find your passion and go for it.
What do you do to improve your spine and nervous system on a regular basis?
I do my spinal exercises 2x a day and get adjusted 2-3 times a week and have for 20 years. Making sure my nervous system is finely tuned is critical if I am going to take care of the community at Exodus. It is about making sure that I am able to express my full potential.
How are you able to minimize your exposure to toxin? Have you tried any cleanses?
Reducing my exposure to toxins is a daily challenge because they are everywhere! I drink clean water, avoid plastics, use natural tooth paste and practice intermittent fasting.
