This recipe is from my wife Angel, who loves to make food, home and body care recipes that support people’s journey to optimal health.
Fat Burning Keto Fajitas Ingredients
(Turmeric Paleo Coconut Wraps)
3 tablespoon coconut oil
2 boxes pre-cooked free range chicken
4 cups sliced veggies (yellow/orange/red bell peppers; red onions)
1 teaspoon: pink salt, all purpose seasoning, organic sesame seed, cumin (or 3 drops essential oil) and Turmeric (add at the end)
1/4 teaspoon basil
Dash of black pepper
1/8 teaspoon: chili powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder and garlic salt
Fat Burning Keto Fajitas Instructions
1. Melt coconut oil on a large Skillet on medium
2. Add veggies and lime and let simmer for about 5 mins
3. Add in pre cooked chicken and all seasonings/herbs (except for the turmeric and black pepper)
4. Cover and heat for about 10 mins (or until your veggies are cooked to your preference), stirring occasionally
5. Remove from heat
6. Add in Turmeric and black pepper, stir
7. Place veggies in wrap and enjoy

This is one of my wife and I’s favorite recipes that we enjoy every week. It is low in carbs and full of good fats, healthy proteins, fiber and phytonutrient rich veggies. We love adding turmeric to our recipes as it is one of nature’s most powerful anti-inflammatory herbs.
We really enjoy the turmeric coconut wraps, although they are thin, so you cannot stuff them full. Better to put a smaller amount of chicken and veggies and get a more stable wrap that won’t break or squirt all over the place. The guacamole takes this recipe over the top!
