Setting You Up For Success:

There is a lot of information in this program and it can be challenging to navigate through it all. Begin by downloading the QuickStart Guide so you know the approved foods. Next, download and follow the meal plan and recipes.

The next step will be to go through the Super Brain Program manual and begin to follow the various strategies involved. Be sure to follow the suggestions involved and then move onto the Superbrain training course and the Super Brain yoga guide and begin following these exercises. 

The next step will be to go through the Adrenal Health guide and follow the 25 ways to improve adrenal function. Make a list of the things you are already doing and a list of the things you aren’t. Out of the things you aren’t doing, begin with one or two strategies that appeal to you. 

Look through the 20 Advanced Healing strategies and make a list of the things you are doing and read through them to make sure you are doing them correctly. Next, make a list of the things you are not doing and ask yourself which of those things is something you realistically would like to do and can be successful with. 

Take that one thing and begin applying it daily (or whatever is achievable for you) for a month until you have established it into a habit. You can then choose another strategy that appeals and follow the same routine. 

The next step will be to go through the neurotransmitter questionnaire and the neurotransmitter strengthening protocols that line up with your weak areas. Begin applying the strategies and supplements to boost up your weaker areas.
