Citrus Avocado Salad:
2 cups romaine lettuce
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
Fresh squeezed Lemon over the salad
Full Meal Option:
Serve with green-finished steak as in the picture above or another healthy organic protein source.

Ginger dressing are quite popular and if made with the right ingredients can be extremely nutritious. Ginger itself is loaded with anti-oxidants is very helpful for stomach acid secretion and bile salt secretion. This makes ginger very helpful for people with comprised digestive systems and liver/gall bladder problems. It also helps relieve nausea and is highly recommended for pregnant women to reduce symptoms of morning sickness. It is also very good at reducing pain and inflammation in the joints and muscles.
