Instructions:

Step #1:  Take the cashew flour, salt and coconut flour and mix into one bowl.

Step #2:  Add in the chocolate chips and wet ingredients and mix.

Step #3:  Once it is mixed together well, press the dough into a glass pan.

Step #4:  Chill it is firm and then cut it into squares.

Notes

Additional Notes:

  • You can make cashew flour by grinding up 1.5 cups cashew until a flour consistency, it is okay to have some pieces in it.
  • Adjust the sweetness to your preference.  If you like it less sweet leave out the stevia or go up to 10 drops.  If you want it more sweet, use 15 and possibly even 20 drops.
