Margarita Pizza Topping (on Cauliflower Crust)

Ingredients:

4 tbsp. Pesto (HERE is a great homemade kind that Angel has created.  Also, here is a great avocado pesto recipe that you can use. And HERE is a pre-made one that is our favorite.)

32 fresh basil leaves

2 cups cheddar cheese

4 roma tomatoes (sliced)

Directions:

Step #1:  Top cauliflower mini pizza crusts with the topping ingredients, evenly distributed.

Step #2:  Place bake in the oven and cook about 7 more minutes.

Step #3:  Let the pizzas cool off and then enjoy!
