Instructions:

Step #1:  Place avocado and all ingredients in a blender or food processor.

Step #2:  Blend together until it becomes super smooth and creamy. Stir in chocolate chips.

Enjoy now as a pudding.

OR

Step #3:  Once blended, pour into a covered container and freeze until frozen solid, usually 4-6 hours.

Step #4:  Once frozen, remove from freezer and let ice cream soften, scoop it, enjoy!
