Ingredients:

Optional: 1 tbsp Honest Keto Maple syrup

Instructions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F. Grease an 8½ by 4-inch loaf pan with coconut oil cooking spray.
  2. Allow all of the ingredients to sit out at room temperature for 5 minutes.
  3. Place all of the ingredients in a food processor or high-powered blender and process until well combined and smooth. Transfer the batter to the prepared loaf pan.
  4. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the loaf comes out clean.
  5. Let the bread cool for 5 minutes and remove it from the baking pan.
  6. Serve and enjoy or storein an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 1 week.
