Step #1: Slice peaches and freeze overnight.
Step #2: Blend frozen peaches with nut butter in a high-speed blender.
Step #3: Blend until creamy. It will take a couple minutes and you may need to stop and keep pushing the batter around and down with a spatula.
Step #4: Add in honey or stevia if desired and continue blending.
Step #5: Scoop and eat!
