Step #2: Combine all of the ingredients in a high-powered blender or food processor and blend, pausing periodically to scrape down the sides of the container, until a smooth, dough like consistency has formed and all the chunks have been eliminated. This could take several minutes.
Step #3: Using a spatula to ensure evenness, spread the mixture onto the prepared baking sheet; it should be as thin and even as you can get it.
Step #4: Bake for 50 to 65 minutes, depending on thickness. To check for doneness, gently insert a fork or toothpick into the flatbread; if it comes out clean, it is ready. Remove from the oven.
Step #5: Slice and serve. Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
