Instructions:

Step #1:  Pour the juice into a small pot or pan. Take the beef gelatin and “dust” it evenly over the juice.

Step #2:  Let the gelatin absorb into the juice which will take a minute or 2. It will look wrinkly and that is normal.  Mix it all together once the gelatin has absorbed into the liquid.

Step #3:  Place the pot or pan over medium heat on the stove until the liquid boils and then pull it off and stir well until it is runny. Take a taste test to make sure it has the flavor you want.

Step #4:  If you want it sweeter than you can try adding ¼ tsp of vanilla extract and stevia to your preferred taste and stir again.

Step #5:  Use a dropper to transfer the liquid into the molds you want and set it in the refrigerator. It typically takes about an hour for small molds and 2-3 hours for larger molds.  Here are the smaller molds we used.

Step #6:  Once the Jello has set, remove the molds.

Step #7:  These can be stored in a cool dry place, but they are best stored in the refrigerator.
