Step #1: Pour the juice into a small pot or pan. Take the beef gelatin and “dust” it evenly over the juice.
Step #2: Let the gelatin absorb into the juice which will take a minute or 2. It will look wrinkly and that is normal. Mix it all together once the gelatin has absorbed into the liquid.
Step #3: Place the pot or pan over medium heat on the stove until the liquid boils and then pull it off and stir well until it is runny. Take a taste test to make sure it has the flavor you want.
Step #4: If you want it sweeter than you can try adding ¼ tsp of vanilla extract and stevia to your preferred taste and stir again.
Step #5: Use a dropper to transfer the liquid into the molds you want and set it in the refrigerator. It typically takes about an hour for small molds and 2-3 hours for larger molds. Here are the smaller molds we used.
Step #6: Once the Jello has set, remove the molds.
Step #7: These can be stored in a cool dry place, but they are best stored in the refrigerator.
