This Sprouting Ideas Salad recipe is by my friend Kelcie Yeo.  She has one of my favorite recipe blogs “Kelcie’s Kreations” that you can find here

 

Raw Sprouting Ideas Salad

Prep

Total

Yield 12 cups

Ingredients:

  • 1 red onion sliced
  • 2 organic cucumbers washed and sliced
  • 2 cups of organic clover, alfalfa, and broccoli sprouts
  • 1 organic red bell pepper, sliced
  • 1 organic yellow bell pepper, sliced
  • 4 heads of organic romaine, chopped
  • 16 oz. free range chicken, precooked and chopped up
  • 2 cups raw grass-fed cheese, shredded
  • 4 avocados sliced

Instructions:

Take all ingredients and mix together and add a healthy dressing such as the synaptic density dressing

Synaptic Density Dressing Ingredients:

  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar (raw organic)
  • 3 cloves of garlic
  • 8 drops of stevia extract (I don't use powder)
  • 3 tbsp. organic mustard
  • 1 tbsp. basil, thyme, oregano (each)
  • 1 tsp. pink salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 cup cold pressed extra virgin olive oil

Instructions:

Blend all ingredients together in a blender.
