SuperCharged Pizza Salad


SuperCharged Pizza Salad:

This Recipe is by my friend Kelcie Yeo. She has one of my favorite recipe blogs “Kelcie’s Kreations” that you can find here

SuperCharged Pizza Salad:


3 cups of almond flour

2 cups of shredded raw cheese

3 pasture-raised eggs

Mix all ingredients together and roll out onto a stone wear pan and bake at 350 degrees for 15-20 minutes


2 tbsp organic coconut oil mayonnaise

2 cups organic chopped romaine

1 tomato sliced

1 avocado sliced

4 oz of pasture-raised chicken chopped

Mediterranean herbs (oregano, basil, thyme, etc.)

SuperCharged Pizza Salad Instructions:

Spread may over crust

Add remaining toppings

Many of us grew up loving pizza and now that we teach and live a grain-free diet we miss the amazing flavor and texture of a good pizza.  With this recipe, we can enjoy a healthy, grain-free pizza that has flavor, a nice texture and has an anti-inflammatory effect on our body.   This is an incredible recipe that is loaded with great protein, healthy fats and anti-oxidants.

I love the combination of avocado, coconut oil mayonnaise, raw cheese and Italian herbs.  The fatty goodness with the herbal aroma is just so so good!
