She is a Certified Gluten Free Practitioner and Certified Food and Spirit Practitioner. She is member of the American Naturopathic Medical Association, Society of Complementary Alternative & Holistic Practitioners, and the ACA Council of Nutrition.

Dr. Ivonne has made it her life mission to empower people to take control of their health by getting to the root cause of their condition while harnessing the power of Nature. Her therapeutic modalities are varied starting from food as medicine to lifestyle modifications, supplements, homeopathy, and herbal medicine.

Perhaps Dr. Ivonne s greatest asset is her own personal healing journey (mental health and autoimmune among other conditions) as she is able to connect and understand her clients’ pain and frustration with their own chronic conditions. She understands the impact that poor health has on other areas of life such as relationships, work, and life enjoyment.

Dr. Ivonne puts into practice the philosophy that the body was created to heal itself and symptoms are the body’s language to communicate with us that something is wrong, and it must change. She believes that it is here where you can make the necessary changes, take away what is blocking the body and give it what it needs, and this is how optimal health is created.

Personal Life

Dr. Ivonne enjoys daily exercise, Bible reading and meditation, creating nutritionally rich meals, long hikes in nature and spending quality time with family and friends.
