In August 2019 I was bitten in the inner wrist bone & hand by a free roaming feral cat. Fleas inundated my head that evening . My scalp erupted like mini volcanoes leaving scabs. I was told the Bartonella Henslae was unavailable here in the U.K. I reacted badly to heavy antibiotics. Drs then decided in the Feb
2020 that I had Bubonic Plague!!!!! Despite swollen lymph nodes everywhere and lumps and bumps on arms and painful joints.(My research pointed to long Covid symptoms even prior to the Pandemic) Today, I am still unwell with pain in my bones and only taking paracetamol. Without the help of Dr.Jockers and trusted affiliates a BIG thank you. Natural supplements are keeping me going👍👍😘.Cat Scratch Disease is only now seeing more research & press.

Thank you for sharing this Sue! Thankful you are doing better! Blessings!
Dear Dr. Jockers,
I am not sure if this is the right platform, but thank you for your very good video on dry fasting.
As a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints (Commonly but erroneously known as the Mormon Church) I do one 24 hour dry fast every month, going without food or water, as is the monthly practice in our Church. This is not only a spiritual fast, but it has a very practical purpose which enables members of our Church to donate the equivalent cost of the food not eaten over the 24 hours to the Church, which donations are used specifically to assist the hungry and poor in our communities.
In addition, I have done daily OMAD with intermittent 24 hour water fasts for the past year.
In addition, I also try to do dry fasting quarterly for durations of up to 5 to 7 x 24 hour days at a stretch.
I primarily adopted these interventions with the objective to reduce chronic inflamation in my bladder following stage 3 cancer.
Prior to me doing these 5 to 7 day dry fasts, my Urologist admitted that the different antibiotics he prescribed over about 3 years were not successful to reduce my chronic inflamation.
I believe that my dry fasting efforts have been the major reason for my inflammation clearing up.
But, may I please with respect just take this opportunity to make an observation about your image in your video on various religions, which describes their various forms of fasting practices.
My specific concern, shared with you in humility, is that your image erroneously indicates that “Mormonism” is separate to Christianity. This is incorrect, as The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints is indeed a solely Christian-centric Church, whose almost 18 million members worldwide worship Jesus Christ, and no one else.
It is therefore regrettable that the erroneous nickname of “Mormons” or Mormonism given to our Church since the early 1830’s, seems to be an uninformed and unfortunate perpetuation in modern media, that we are not Christians.
I am nevertheless blessed to be a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and also blessed to learn about how to keep healthy through very informative and useful videos such as yours.
God bless you Dr. Jockers.
