Dr Jockers Comments
You are going to love these little donut holes. They are a ketogenic, low-carb, fat burning dessert or snack that satisfies your cravings and tastes amazing! I could live on these!
Coconut butter is rich in lauric acid which is a natural anti-microbial that helps the body reduce yeast and bad bacteria. These fats also help improve our ability to burn fat for energy and improve brain function.
Coconut flour is a fantastic natural prebiotic that feeds the healthy microbial species in your gut and improves bowel motility. The chocolate chips provide anti-oxidants and if you want to add some high quality protein powder than you have a complete meal replacement! I love putting in our vanilla bone broth protein in this!
These are fantastic as an after school snack for the kids, a dessert for your family or a holiday gathering. Everyone will want your recipe. Enjoy!

These are awesome. I added cinnamon and hunks of my h.m.chocolate.
Kinda over softened the butter so shaping wasn’t needed..instead I poured
Into my square molds and refrigerated.
And yes, I cannot stop eating them!!!
Thanks.

Wonderful, really !!!
Tried with cinnamon (no chocolate chips in stock), no added collagen as prepared for the diner dessert.
Many thanks Dr Jockers. I’ll prepare this for my dear ones, they’ll love them very much pretty sure :))
Would it be bad to use carob – cacao substitute with natural carbohydrates? Would I have the benefits of a keto diet? Not sure…(new to Keto :))
