Chocolate Pumpkin Spice Fudge

Yield 10 Pieces
Ingredients:
- 1 can or 8oz of pumpkin puree
- ½ cup of coconut butter
- 3 tbsps. of Sugar-Free Maple syrup
- 1 tsp of pumpkin spice
- ½ tsp of cinnamon
Chocolate Sauce Ingredients:
- 4 tablespoons raw cacao powder (cocoa is fine)
- 25 drops of chocolate stevia
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil
Instructions:
Step #1: Place all ingredients into a vita-mix. For the coconut butter, soft it first before measuring out 1/2 cup. Blend till smooth and creamy. This works best of all ingredients are at room temperature.
Step #2: Pour into a 6-inch pan lined with partridge paper.
Step #3: Set in freezer till firm to touch 2-3ish hours.
Step #4: Make chocolate sauce by placing all ingredients in a small pan and stir on low until sauce forms.
Step #5: Remove and pour chocolate sauce over pumpkin, set back into freezer until hard.
Step #6: Removed, cut into pieces and enjoy!

This is an awesome holiday recipe snack. Your kids (and spouse) will go crazy for these. Pumpkin is higher in carbs than I typically recommend, so this isn’t a keto recipe, but it is free of grains and unnecessary sugar. You can try out the new Lakanto maple syrup or Wholesome Yum maple syrup which are both sugar free, or use an organic maple syrup that rich in trace minerals and is one of our approved natural sweeteners.
Cinnamon is important for flavoring but even more important for its great ability to improve blood sugar signaling patterns. This helps the body buffer the sugar from the pumpkin and syrup. I LOVE the combination of coconut and cacao for great mental drive! Enjoy this sweet treat!
The combination of raw cacao and coconut is extraordinary for the brain. The coconut oil contains medium chain fatty acids that are easily metabolized into ketones that feed the brain. The cacao is rich in PEA’s which boost dopamine and theobromine which improves circulation into the brain.
Coconut butter is awesome. It is like a dessert in itself to me. The combination of coconut fats and the coconut flour that make up the butter just tastes incredible!
I’m Plant Base Food eatter and am unable to tolerate coconut products so have difficult finding desert receips that are simmular in taste to what I had as a child.
Yes that is tough but we have many dessert recipes that use nut butters such as almond butter as well.

Hello Maria, thank you for all your support! We do have hundreds of recipes on our site without eggs. But most of our followers do enjoy nutrient dense animal foods so we will continue to post the recipes that include these as well.
