riced cauliflowerDr Jockers Comments:

This is a great side dish that is low-carb and high in healthy fats and micronutrients.  Cauliflower is very versatile and can be used to make a mashed potatoes alternative as well as a rice alternative so you can enjoy a similar taste and texture as these grain-based dishes on a ketogenic diet.

Both cauliflower and Brussel sprouts are rich in glycosylates that act as powerful antioxidants that protect our cells from oxidative damage.  In addition, these molecules reduce cancer growths in our body.   We also have sage and garlic which are amazing herbs full of antioxidants and sulfur compounds to detoxify the body, support healthy digestion and reduce cancerous growths.

We combine all these ingredients with healthy fats with these such as avocado oil and grass-fed butter which is a great source of vitamins A, D, E and K2 as well as conjugated linoleic acid to form a potent anti-cancer meal that tastes wonderful.
