Dr Jockers Comments:
Who doesn’t love chocolate chip cookies! These ones are loaded with powerful superfoods such as grass-fed butter which is full of omega-3 fatty acids and CLA. Organic dark chocolate that is minimally processed is loaded with anti-oxidants and compounds like theobromine and PEA’s that improve blood flow into the brain and boost dopamine levels and make you feel great.
These grain-free and sugar free cookies are low carb and keto approved. The honest brand keto maple syrup is a non-sugar sweetener made from monk fruit and vegetable fiber. Most people do very well with it although individuals with digestive challenges may have some gas and bloating from the fiber, but I like this much better than many of the sweeteners out there using erythritol or xylitol. Try it out and see how you do!
This is a fantastic recipe to keep around the house for your family to snack on as it will satisfy their sweet tooth and it is quite filling and full of great nutrients!!
