Dr Jockers Comments:

This is a great recipe that is loaded with extremely healthy fats and super clean protein.  I love the Italian herbs in this recipe as they make it taste so good and provides a ton of antioxidants.  This is very filling as it is loaded with healthy proteins and fats that help turn on our bodies own innate fat burning switch!

Be sure to get the cleanest animal products which would be pasture-raised eggs from chickens raised on clean pastures.  These have significantly more carotenoid antioxidants and essential fats than traditional organic eggs.

Grass-fed beef is super rich in essential fats and conjugated linoleic acid (CLA) which helps the body burn fat and build muscle.  It also has carnitine and carnosine which help the body to burn fat and recover from exercise and stress more effectively.

You will absolutely love this recipe – perfect as a the main dinner course.  US Wellness Meats is a great source for 100% grass-fed beef and many other great animal products, I highly recommend them!
