Dr Jockers Comments:
This summer grain-free pasta salad is low-carb, full of nutrient dense foods and herbs and has a savory and refreshing flavor. If you are looking for an easy to make and great tasting keto salad this is a keeper!
I personally love the Palmini noodles and they are my typical go-to pasta source but I also enjoy zucchini noodles. Olives and olive oil are rich in vitamin E and polyphenols that support gut health and cardiovascular health.
This recipe is rich in Mediterranean herbs such as oregano, parsley, basil, thyme, and garlic which support your immune system and digestive health. These herbs add tremendous flavor but also help to reduce pathogens in the gut and protect you against viral and bacterial infections.
