Vigorous Veggie Omelet Ingredients:

3 organic eggs

1 large garlic clove

1/2 cup chopped red pepper

1/2 cup chopped green pepper

1/2 cup chopped mushroom

1/4 cup chopped red onion

2 tbsp. grass-fed butter

2 oz. Beyond Organic raw cheese

Vigorous Veggie Omelet Instructions:

Saute garlic, onion, peppers, mushrooms and butter in the pan.  After 5 minutes, add eggs.  Shred the cheese on top and fold into an omelet.  Serve with chives, oregano and black pepper.

The Vigorous Veggie Omelet is a great example of such a meal as it is loaded with organic eggs, grass-fed butter and raw, grass-fed cheese.  These two superfoods contain tons of saturated fats, omega 3 fatty acids and fat soluble vitamins such as vitamin E, vitamin K2, carotenoids and choline among others.   Red onions provide go along with the eggs and cheese to provide plenty of sulfur groups for healthy detoxification.  Veggies provide tons of fiber & anti-oxidants.  The raw cheese is fermented and provides enzymes and probiotics to this meal.  The Beyond Organic raw cheese is cultured with Bacillus Coagulans which is able to survive high heat making this omelet probiotic enriched even after the cooking process.
