Dr Jockers Comments:

Asian stir fry’s can be the healthiest or the worst thing you consume and it all depends upon the quality of the ingredients.  Typical stir fry’s that are found in restaurants and frozen dinners are loaded with brain destroying toxins such as unfermented soy, excitotoxins like MSG, preservatives and genetically modified ingredients.  This stir fry is loaded with brain boosting fatty acids, antioxidants and amino acids.

This recipe tastes amazing and ginger is extraordinary for healthy digestion and brain function. Coconut aminos are a non-soy based replacement for soy sauce that tastes great and is very healthy.  You can find it at your local health food store or online.  The stir fry will be a family favorite because of the incredible taste and the relative ease of preparation as it takes literally 20 mins to whip this up.  Enjoy!

It is always a good idea to get the highest quality ingredients.  You can find some amazing 100% grass-fed ground beef through US Wellness Meats here. Let us know your thoughts on the the Asian beef stir fry in the comments section below.  If you are looking for a more detailed fat-burning keto meal plan and recipes then check our complete Navigating the Ketogenic Diet program here.

  1. Hello, I just want to say how happy i was with this recipe. I am trying to eat better for a various of reasons as i got scared awhile back with some symptoms, and now I think I have got some of it figured out. But man this was an amazing taste. I have never tried coconut aminos until now and it is now a staple in our pantry. Thank you Dr. Jockers for all of the great recipes (which I will be trying other ones), and the health articles. I just wished we had a natural Doctor here in NC that incorporates food as medicine.
