Dr Jockers Comments:
Asian stir fry’s can be the healthiest or the worst thing you consume and it all depends upon the quality of the ingredients. Typical stir fry’s that are found in restaurants and frozen dinners are loaded with brain destroying toxins such as unfermented soy, excitotoxins like MSG, preservatives and genetically modified ingredients. This stir fry is loaded with brain boosting fatty acids, anti-oxidants and amino acids.
This recipe tastes amazing and ginger is extraordinary for healthy digestion and brain function. Coconut aminos are a non-soy based replacement for soy sauce that tastes great and is very healthy. You can find it at your local health food store or online. The supersmart stir fry will be a family favorite because of the incredible taste and the relative ease of preperation as it takes literally 20 mins to whip this up. Enjoy!
