Step 3:  Freeze for several hours.

Step 4:  Let the popsicles sit out for about 5 mins to begin to defrost. Then run hot water over the mold to easily remove it from its mold. It should slide right off!

Dr Jockers Comments:

There is not much better on a hot summer day than a cool and refreshing popsicle.  This is a great tasting creamy pudding pop that if full of good fats and anti-oxidants and explodes with flavor in your mouth.

This is a great way to get greens like spinach or you could use kale into a tasty recipe that your children will enjoy.  Additionally, the coconut milk provides healthy blood sugar stabilizing fats which is very important due to the fruit that is used in this recipe.

I really like using the banana bone broth protein in this as it makes the flavor even better and provides collagen protein to support the gut, skin, hair and joints.  The banana bone broth protein is flavored with stevia and monk fruit so if you decide to use it than you will only need 1-2 squirts of stevia to get the desired flavor.
