This recipe is a slightly modified version from my friend Megan Kelly. She has an incredible blog and is a Licensed Esthetician specializing in holistic nutrition, woman’s hormones, and spiritual health.
Keto Donut Holes Ingredients
3 tbsps of coconut flour or protein powder
8 tbsps of coconut butter
1 tsp of vanilla
2 tbsps of organic unsweetened chocolate chips (optional)
Pinch of pink salt
4-5 tbsps of filtered water
10-15 drops of liquid stevia
Optional: Can use 1 tbsp of raw honey, grade B maple syrup or coconut sugar instead of stevia, although this will add sugar to the recipe and it would no longer be keto.
Coconut Flour Donut Holes Instructions
- In a bowl place coconut flour (or protein powder) and coconut butter.
- Add in vanilla extract and stevia (or other sweetener).
- Stir and mash together
- Add water and mash and stir until batter forms- the batter will be thick.
- Add in chocolate chips.
- Form into balls
- Enjoy! Store in fridge.

Coconut butter is rich in lauric acid which is a natural anti-microbial that helps the body reduce yeast and bad bacteria. These fats also help improve our ability to burn fat for energy and improve brain function.
Coconut flour is a fantastic natural prebiotic that feeds the healthy microbial species in your gut and improves bowel motility. The chocolate chips provide anti-oxidants and if you want to add some high quality protein powder than you have a complete meal replacement! I love putting in our vanilla bone broth protein in this!
