Dr Jockers Comments:
Wild Alaskan salmon are one of the strongest animals in the world with the capability of swimming upstream against the currents and jumping up to 8 feet out of the water. This incredible strength is credited to the powerful nutrition locked in their cells. Wild salmon is super rich in long-chain omega 3 fatty acids (EPA & DHA) and astaxanthin.
Astaxanthin is the most powerful antioxidant and the omega 3 fatty acids allow for an internal environment that maximizes cellular energy production. This recipe adds bitter herbs in parsley and cilantro which provide tons of chlorophyll to pull out environmental toxins such as heavy metals. It is always wise to include parsley and cilantro with any sort of seafood to reduce contamination.

Would love to know if a typical can of salmon with be enough?
Should say would a can be enough for two?
Depends on how big the burgers are! You can definitely turn a can of salmon into two burgers Laura!
