I use whole, unshelled pumpkin seeds, put thru my blender, as a gluten free flour, mixed with other milder GF flours, as its somewhat bitter like pea & lentil flours.
How healthy is this for my very compromised gut of some 45+yrs ?

I get heaps as I grow my own & we have lots roasted & pumpkin soup. But impossible to shell !

I’ve also read elsewhere you should eat nothing for 12 hours. Only water and (any form) p. seeds for 24 h then nothing for another 12 h. That will do it for the parasites. You can eat as much or as little as you’d want. I’d recommend different types salted / sprouted / raw etc. To make it less boring. Hope this helps.
