Thankyou —I’m thinking this is something I need to elaborate on- I’ve always had allergies but in the last few years they’re even worse. I’ve had sinus surgery for polyps, been on allergy shots for months( which did nothing) even over the counter Zyrtec, and natural things from health food stores. I’m exasperated because I’m about out of options!!! Will buy her book and try this.
