We see a lot of helpful articles teaching us how to deal with anxiety and sometimes they help ease it temporarily. But that’s just the thing, it is only temporary.   1. This is great information, however only having it in video form, means no way to remember all that depth and the important lists which one would need to refer to.

    Having both would be great but as a minimum, something someone can copy and refer to, and also ‘ingest’ without spending 22 minutes.

    Again, good info – hard to put to use in this form.
