  1. Much of our internal body is made of fat. As the program points out Fat is important for the maintenance of a healthy functioning body.
    It’s helpful to know what to look for when you’re out trying to buy quality virgin oil. Also the oils to avoid.
    I enjoyed hearing about the process that goes into producng good quality extra virgin oil. Which allows all the powerful healthful properties to remain within the oil. The science behind why extra virgin oil is good for you just increases your desire to make sure you buy top quality virgin oil.
    It’s obvious that this work of TJR is a passion of his. He has kept things as simple as possible (producing and getting the oil out the people to ensure the best quality oil reaches the public at its best.
