Hey there Dr, I’m 7weels pregnant and today I nebulised with HP twice. A couple of minutes each time as I have a cold.
For some reason I’m now worried about safety for the baby as I couldn’t find any literature on it. Can you please let me know your opinion? Thank you
Hello Ellie,
This is totally safe for your baby and will not impact your pregnancy at all. Blessings!
Hi Dr. Jockers!
Is Berkey filtered water considered purified for use in the nebulizer? Actually, I would feel more confident to use saline. Do you have a trusted source for saline?
Yes that is purified water. You can make your own saline and we have the recipe and an Amazon link for a product in this article: https://drjockers.com/nebulizing/
I could not find the brand of nebulizer Dr. Jockers recommends. He mentioned he would give that information.
Thanks!
Lisa
