    Many thanks for all the helfpful information.
    I‘ve been following a 8/16 intermittant fast routine for quite some time now, to promote autophagy for various health concerns. Now, I just realized that my iodine supplement contains pea protein (it‘s an all natural product with kelp). Will this break my fast in terms of autophagy? I‘d be grateful for your opinion on this, I could not find information anywhere else.
