I (and my family members) really want to benefit from your website, podcasts, etc. but please don’t leave out a potentially large group of people who are interested in what you have to teach (to suggest jogging and lifting weights) that’s great for those in great shape (and you did mention that). Although, many who are looking to burn visceral, dangerous fat are likely not in shape yet or are in “ok” shape and may have a bad knee, etc., we are a large group of people looking for your help. Thank you for listening, my comments are meant to be very sincere and well meaning.
