  • Oil Pulling: Swish one teaspoon of coconut or olive oil in your mouth. This Ayurvedic practice of oil pulling helps pull harmful bacteria, balancing the oral microbiome crucial for nitric oxide production. Do not swallow. Spit it out in the trash or outdoors to avoid plumbing issues.
  • Grounding: While oil pulling, stand barefoot on grass, dirt, or sand. Connecting with the earth’s free electrons reduces stress, lowers cortisol, and promotes growth hormone and nitric oxide elevation.
