Yesterday I found on my I-Pad an article about you and your struggle with diarrhea. I have the same story except I am 89 years old. I am interested in ordering your 30 day booklets but I can’t find the article today.
    Thanks,
    June C. Zwald

  2. Apple Cider Vinegar (non-pasteurized with live bacteria) is a great fermented food I like adding to my diet and is widely available. I use it on salads and some mornings put 4 TBS of Bragg’s Miracle Cleanse in a glass of water and drink for a cleanse. I use it diluted in the shower on my skin and hair sometimes. A doctor told me when the Fukushima disaster released radiation initially, a person in the affected area sprayed their bathroom walls with apple cider vinegar which helps neutralize radiation. I don’t know that works for a fact but working holistically seems best overall. Dr. Jockers format and information is easy to read and clear on both his blog and podcast.

  3. Wow! Thanks for the reminder about apple cider vinegar’s health benefits! It is indeed one of the miracle products for all kinds of ailments!

  4. Hello and thank you Dr Jockers! I tend to be quite acidic (have had stomach ulcers and get frequent bouts of heartburn) – does taking ACV make it worse or does it balance it out? Also, is there a maximum/minimum amount of ACV one should be aware of?
Again, many many thanks, your articles are immensely helpful!

    1. Hello Delle, you can try taking 1 tbsp of ACV in about 4 oz of water and if you notice pain in your stomach or gut, it is a sign you have an ulcer or weakened gastric mucosa. In this case, you shouldn’t use the ACV. Blessings!
